**Warranty Policy – BRK Equipment**

### Rippa Equipment- ***Applies to new equipment only***
Rippa machines are covered by a **manufacturer factory warranty only** (provided by Rippa, not by BRK Equipment):

- **ECO Series**: 2-year factory parts warranty  
- **PRO Series**: 3-year factory parts warranty  

Coverage is limited to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance. Free replacement parts are provided for approved claims during the warranty period. Labor, shipping (after the first year in most cases), normal wear items (tracks, hoses, filters, bucket teeth, etc.), misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, and lack of maintenance are **not** covered. Engine warranties (when applicable) are handled separately by the engine manufacturer.  

Warranty terms begin on the date of delivery to the original purchaser. Refer to the manufacturer’s warranty certificate for full details.

### Derette Equipment ***Applies to new equipment only***
Derette mini skid steers and track loaders are covered by a **manufacturer factory warranty only** (provided by Derette, not by BRK Equipment).  

This is a **2-year factory parts warranty** covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance. Labor, shipping, wear items, damage from misuse or improper maintenance, and unauthorized modifications are excluded. Engine coverage follows the engine manufacturer’s terms.  

Warranty begins on the date of delivery.
