BRK Equipment is not responsible for any damage that occurs after a customer pickup. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by an inadequate trailer, improper loading or securing of equipment, or any accidents that occur during transport by the customer. Once the equipment leaves our facility, all risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer.

**Delivery**
- Delivery is **free** within a 50-mile radius of our Tomah, WI location.
- Delivery outside the 50-mile radius may be available and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
