Refund Policy

**Parts and Accessory Returns**  
Our parts and accessories return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. No full refunds will be issued after 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Original packaging may be required when applicable. An original receipt from BRK Equipment is required as proof of purchase.

**Items Not Eligible for Return**  
- Electrical items  
- Sale / clearance items  
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids (including fuel and oil)  

**Situations Where Only a Partial Refund May Be Granted**  
- Returns after 30 days: a 25% restocking fee will apply (receipt required)  
- Special-ordered items: a 25% restocking fee will apply (receipt required)

 

BRK Equipment reserves the right to refuse any return, even with a receipt, if the item has lost value or can no longer be resold.

**Parts and Accessory Refunds**  
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

**Late or Missing Refunds**  
Credit card refunds typically appear in your account within 24–72 hours.

**Equipment Returns**  
There are **no returns or refunds on any new equipment**. All new equipment sales are final. This includes mini skid steers, mini excavators, track loaders, attachments, and all other new power equipment.

Used equipment may be eligible for limited exchange options only if a separate used equipment warranty was purchased at the time of sale. Contact us for details on any applicable used equipment coverage.
